Registration Fee: There is a 200 Euro fee per person for participating in the workshop. Please note that presenting authors are not exempt from this fee, and it must be paid by all speakers. For comparison, regular participants pay a fee of 300 Euro.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at Fraunhofer IMWS before 1.May 2025, the registration fee will be fully refunded. After 1.May 2025 no refund will be given.

Invoicing: An email with your invoice containing all necessary bank transfer details, will be sent to you about two weeks after registration, but no earlier than February 2025.

Proceedings: A link to the proceedings cloud will then be send to the registrant after the conference.
