Exhibition

• Fixed size: 2 m × 2 m (4 sqm)
• Rate: €400 per sqm
• Total booth fee: €1,600 per booth (plus applicable taxes)

All booth rentals include:

• Rental of floor space (4 sqm)
• General hall illumination
• Electricity supply (one (1) outlet)
• One (1) table and one (1) chair
• One (1) full workshop registration for the designated booth attendant
• Company logo and a short exhibit description (up to 100 words) on the event website

Not included

• Additional furniture, power outlets, or technical services
• Additional workshop registrations
• Booth build/decor, shipping, and storage

Attendance and access rights

• The included registration is assigned exclusively to the booth attendant.
• The booth attendant has full access to all talks and program sessions of the event.
• Any additional staff or guests must purchase a regular workshop registration at the standard rate.

Booking and payment

• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
• Bookings become effective upon written confirmation and receipt of payment.
