Your Talk

Please check the preliminary program  for the day and time of the session in which you are presenting. The online program is regularly updated and contains details of all sessions.

Each session will be allocated a chairperson responsible for introducing the speakers, controlling the timing of the sessions and facilitating questions.

Presentation timings:

  • keynotes: 35 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
  • presenters: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions

In order to keep the sessions running to schedule and allow enough time for questions, it is very important to keep the presentations within the allotted time.

We aim to make all presentations available to registered participants in a password protected download area. We therefore kindly ask you to upload a PDF-version of your slides no later than 21 May 2024.
