Registration
Register as a speaker using the button. Please complete your online registration by 20 March 2026. This is essential to confirm your participation and secure your place on the program.
Registration Fee The registration fee for speakers is reduced to 200 Euro for participating in the workshop (compared to 400 € regular fee). Please note that presenting authors are not exempt from this fee, and it must be paid by all speakers.
IMPORTANT: In order to register for the reduced fee, please choose “speaker” as your role (in the additional information panel) and in the discounts panel, please select speaker.
Your Talk
Please check the preliminary program for the day and time of the session in which you are presenting. The online program is regularly updated and contains details of all sessions.
Each session will be allocated a chairperson responsible for introducing the speakers, controlling the timing of the sessions and facilitating questions.
Presentation timings:
- keynotes: 35 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
- presenters: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
- presenters in the vendor session: 10minutes including time for questions
In order to keep the sessions running to schedule and allow enough time for questions, it is very important to keep the presentations within the allotted time.
Proceedings
We aim to make all presentations available to registered participants in a password protected download area. We therefore kindly ask you to upload a PDF-version of your slides no later than 30 April 2026.
Power Point Presentation Guidelines
Your PowerPoint presentation is required in advance of the conference in order to make the necessary arrangements for downloading your file onto the computer in the conference room.
Please submit your presentation no later than 30 April 2026.
For confidentiality reasons, submitted presentations cannot be viewed by other speakers or participants.
Please note, that you will not be able to use your own laptop for your presentation. If you must make changes to your presentation, please bring your new presentation on a USB memory stick to the Registration Office by 8am (Tuesday) or 8am (Wednesday).
Technical Requirements:
- Only PowerPoint presentations are accepted.
- If your PowerPoint presentation contains audio or video files, please inform Katja Pernack via Email (Katja.Pernack@imws.fraunhofer.de) in advance, so that the necessary technical arrangements can be made.
