Registration Fee: There is a 300 Euro fee per person for participating in the workshop.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at Fraunhofer IMWS before 30. April 2025, the registration fee will be fully refunded. After 30. April 2025 no refund will be given.

Invoicing: An email with your invoice containing all necessary bank transfer details, will be sent to you about two weeks after registration, but no earlier than February 2025.

Proceedings: A link to the proceedings cloud will then be send to the registrant after the conference.
